With millions of graduates entering the job market annually, the competition is fierce, and job security remains a major concern. Many aspiring entrepreneurs, brimming with innovative ideas, often face hurdles in securing the initial funding to turn their dreams into reality.


To address this pressing issue, I, Vijay, the founder of start now , propose a novel initiative inspired by the success of self-help groups for women's empowerment. This scheme aims to empower young students by providing them with the necessary financial and strategic support to kickstart their entrepreneurial ventures.


**How it Works:**


1. **Collaboration with Colleges:** We will partner with colleges to identify groups of 20 students with diverse skill sets and complementary ideas.

2. **Collective Investment:** Each student in the group will contribute INR 20,000 annually for four years, creating a pooled fund of INR 20 lakhs by the end of their studies.

3. **Shared Workspace and Mentorship:** We will provide a shared workspace and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs to foster collaboration and accelerate the development of startup ideas.

4. **Seed Funding and Strategic Support:** The pooled fund will serve as seed capital, and we will leverage our network to secure additional funding and strategic partnerships.
